Who is on the team?
The team is made up of ex-military personnel from across the globe, which gives OPFOR a wealth of training and experience to draw on. Having undergone similar training across all theatres, OPFOR understands its clients' requirements, and its role players are trained with realism in mind and with one goal: providing life-saving training and scenarios.
OPFOR role players are a vetted team. They must pass background checks and references and keep to high standards of conduct. Because an OPFOR can be confronting, only selected people are trained and allowed to work with clients. An intensive, multi-stage recruitment process has forged a team of role players ready to perform.
